I remember listening to this radio horror show as a kid and was truly scared. I have been looking for this radio show around Halloween time for many years and have not been able to find it. Here is the basic storyline (I hope I can recollect it correctly):

A new subdivision is being constructed far away from the city, near the woods. As the houses are being constructed, a construction worker finds a shoebox containing a diary. The diary tells the story of a husband and wife who move into one of the new houses of the new subdivision. They are soon terrorized by some creature that tries to break into their home. If I remember correctly, the creature is either shot or stabbed as it tries to break down the door, and the creature's blood gets on the lady's finger. She continually scrubs her finger to get the blood off. The husband thinks her finger is clean, but she thinks the blood is still there. Don't remember exactly how it ended.

Anyone remember this OTR horror episode?

Yes, It certainly rates up there with the scariest episodes i think.
