Hello Members,
I just joined the forum. I, like others in the forum grew up with CBS RMT in the 70's. My parents grew up with OTR and introduced me to some shows. I started listening to CBS RMT in 1974 at age 7 or 8. I remember at one point my parents told me I was waking up with nightmares and if I didn't stop, I couldn't listen to RMT anymore. I guess that cured me because I was able to keep listening. I remember sleep-overs with friends where we would try and pick up RMT at night on distant stations because they came on earlier than our local station in central IL. Some favorite episodes include All Living Things Must Die, Deadly Blind Man's Bluff, and The Real Printer's Devil. Ian Martin really had a biabolical voice, didn't he? I love the site, Brad and look forward to many hours of listening and great disccussion. How about some RMT memories and favorite episodes from others?

Welcome to the forum Chip. Sorry for the late reply. I haven't been feeling to well lately and havn't been at the computer too much.
I like to pick an episode at random, like this.
Go to: http://andrew.hedges.name/experiments/random/original.html
Type 1399 in the top box and click the "Get Random" button.
It's a fun way to pick a show.

| When I was in the ninth grade, my English teacher had us read the O.Henry short story "the Gift of the Magi". I happened to have taped the CBSRMT adaptation of that episode, so I brought in the tape and she blew off her lesson plan that day to play it for the class. |
