I don't see this show from the mid 1980s listed here. The production of the 100 or so shows was good but of the 30 I've listened to, there was a wide range in quality of the stories.

Does anyone know if this is in the public domain? You can order 100 shows cheaply at amazon.com and ebay.

I don't know if it's public domain or not, but i found a collection of maybe 30 episodes for free download at: http://www.archive.org/details/VPoint. I think everything at Archive is public domain, or at least presumed to be public domain until proven otherwise. The same collection also seems to be at http://otrarchive.blogspot.com/2009/06/vanishing-point-cbc.html. I'm in the process of downloading that one now. I also found 95 individual episodes at: http://www.myoldradio.com/old-radio-shows/vanishing-point-not-forsale/1. I haven't looked to see what the overlap between the two is. It's possible the latter collection constitutes the entire series, but it's hard to tell since they shows are in alphabetical instead of chronological order. The dates on the episodes suggest it was a weekly series and what little general information I've found about it suggests it ran from 1986-1989.

The 104 episode page seems to be new so maybe the old page was taken down after the new page was put up. That's the only explanation I can come up with anyway.
