HI,I need help,but first of all let me say that I love Old Time
Radio! You guy's are the best.I've got a problem, ever since I upgraded to
the 4 gigabyte modem from Verizon,I have been unable to listen to the shows by left clicking the mouse. When I do I just get a message saying that
Windows media player cannot play the file,has anyone else had this problem? I would certainly appreciate any help anyone could give me with
this ! Thank you.

| Have you tried downloading the VLC Player? I don't have any idea what is up with the Windows Media Player but they might play on the VLC Player. All I can suggest for the WMP is trying uninstalling and re-installing it. If something has become garbled in the program doing an uninstall and fresh install might clear it. |

| You might also try the iTunes/Quicktime combo from Apple. They don't call Windows Media Player (WMP) 'Wimp' for nothing. |

I use iTunes to listen to my shows. If you don't have it, it's a free download.

A friend of mine had a similar problem. Let me think, did she switch from Media Player to Real Player or the other way round? In any case, she found she could play the same file just by using a different player.
