archives.org (old time radio) works, sometimes, i can listen for 8 hours, episode after episode , streaming; but it seems to stop, quite a bit, then i'll have to manually start-up an episode, theatre-five, suspense, etc. : is there a way to listen to episode after episode without having to manually intervene, ie, manually start an episode ? ( i listen this way while i'm asleep or going to sleep) thanks can i download a number of episodes and paste them together somehow ? thaanks

Hi there,
A lot depends on what your playing your files on. The ipod files are best sorted and joined when you first download them into itunes.

remember in options to set 'gapless album'
also set 'remember playback position' in case you stop it for next time. The radio shows can be treated as an audiobook either from cd or pc.

So theres plenty of help out there. I just put all my OTR shows on ipod and let it run.
